History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Armorer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Ar-Karo took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up sai and armor he uses now. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Conrad hails from a village terrorized by giants. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Layabout hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Tarak was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student he started as a Mortician, but he got bored and became a Adventurer. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Detective. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Seere was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Seere was born on a far western forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Detective. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Through the years after Aura was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Aura's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She struck the Mason job and began her own company from there.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His first spouse was a Bookbinder, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
