History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. At some point he was captured by illithids and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Slave Trader arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Through the years after Rhogar was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Rhogar's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Rhogar was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.

History: He was born into a rich family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Mozikth grew up listening to his father's many stories. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Akra was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
