He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Trynnicus hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Farmer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Farmer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Farmer for hire.
