History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She dropped out of school to support her sick father, and resented it. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother.

History: Virra was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Rogue, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Rogue in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Born in the west to a Painter, Chaedi learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She became a Painter soon after.
