History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. As a very small child her family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. Her father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect her and cast a teleportation spell that whisked her away. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. Dimble was born on a far western forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Miller. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Shoemaker for hire.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Quelenna's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. Quelenna enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When Quelenna reached her early adolescence her Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Andry hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Gardener hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Andry was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and nothing but the best is good enough for her

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Eldeth was born the youngest of three triplets. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
