Eldeth grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Eldeth. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying sister.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. Because her mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, goblins burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying west to reunite her family. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Blacksmith but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Blacksmith kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Orc conditions. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
