History: Jade lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is his passion; and doesn't want to be a laborer and was forced into it by his family

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Adrik has worked very hard to control his curse. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Egelina is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Egelina was born the youngest of three triplets. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. After coming to the age of reason, Kothûg took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: She was born into a rich family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. After a long history of fighting, Anne and her spouse have recently divorced.
