History: Megren was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Revenge; and someone believes her a fraud

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Caramip has worked very hard to control her curse. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She wants revenge against illithids; and many illithids want her driven away

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Mortician who has hired him part-time. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Dagger never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and wishes to resurrect an old love
