Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Ruloth's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Ruloth was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members.
