Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Ruloth isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Dragonborn unity. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. While she appears to be a normal Dragonborn, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
