History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Taklinn lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Born to a Sailor, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Xanaphia's homeland. Xanaphia decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.
