He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

History: Everard was born with his father's beautiful face. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has worked as a Ploughman like his father before him.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 4 years.
