History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Through the years after Sethrekar was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Sethrekar's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: Shava was born with her mother's beautiful face. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Marshal. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Marshal for the past few years.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she has decided she is irredeemable
