History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Herbalist hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Efferil was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and to find somewhere to settle down

History: The child of a Baker, who enjoyed hunting, Nurkara was taken on many hunting expeditions. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Healer. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Healer for hire.

One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Sun took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up nunchaku and armor he uses now. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
