She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is her passion; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and she desires to right it

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her mother. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the east were limited. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by goblins. Dee was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the goblins.
