History: Kipper was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. His first spouse was a Laborer, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He is a Jackalwere in disguise. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
