History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. Through the years after Joan was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Joan's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
