Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. After coming to the age of reason, Oriel took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. After a long history of fighting, Oriel and her spouse have recently divorced.
