History: Calcitro hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. His first spouse was a Beggar, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She took after her mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her mother taught her to defend herself. When her mother died while fighting brigands, the young Pearl began to lead the lost caravan. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Apothecary. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and half-elven compassion

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her parents enrolled her in a Bard school at a young age so that she could practice her martial talents. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
