He has a long chestnut beard with little hanging trinkets. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.
Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Frug has worked very hard to control his curse. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Description: This northern woman wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally she sports a blue coat. Her clothes are grease stained in places. With wild golden hair. She wears an eyepatch.
Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the north were limited. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and sabotage a competitor

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a yellow vest and prefers brown and green shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His feathered hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His eyes are likewise green. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Roofer father left him crippled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. Olgoth is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and half-orc compassion

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. He has a chestnut handlebar mustache and slicked back chestnut hair. His eyes are brown and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Charles lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.

Description: This malnourished man tends to wear a pastel poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. He has done his best to style his black fur to look like a famous performer. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tabaxis became a terror of the countryside. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he wants revenge against giants
