History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A gifted student he started as a Bookbinder, but he got bored and became a Blacksmith. He tends to his Blacksmith job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
