History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting drow, the young Alston began to lead the lost caravan. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Joan liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Ruler they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Mayor, and she later adopted a second daughter.

History: Born in the west to a Masseuse, Naeris learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When Naeris reached his early adolescence his Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Masseuse.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has worked as a Navigator like her mother before her.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. Personality: Phann is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. Phann is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Gifted from a young age, Phann studied abroad. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.
