Personality: Braak is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Braak was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She was born in a small forest village. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered singing. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Akmen was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Aristocrat, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Aristocrat in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Scribe hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and he is content

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Shadow was born with her father's beautiful face. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Dwarven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dwarven doctor. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Balifra fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
