History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: She was born into a rich family. She moved out north to avoid the crime she committed. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.
