Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Half-Elf, and stands approximately 4'11". He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle, and his gloved hand is found clutching a axe. His chestnut hair is unkempt and raggedy. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are hazel.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 27. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Trym was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Trym decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a blue coat. He wears his black hair up in a very large beehive style do. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing writing.
History: The child of a Tanner, who enjoyed hunting, Fibblestib was taken on many hunting expeditions. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he's repulsed by the pc

Description: Her skin has the orange glow of too much sun. She wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. She has dyed her greying auburn hair a little too much giving a sharp auburn color. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: She hates illithids. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. Bardryn is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion.

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of her physical features obscured. She wears her hair in dreadlocks. She has a dull look in her violet eyes.
Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. She is afraid of women and trembles around them
History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Caramip fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle, marred by sweets. His blonde hair is cut short. His fierce hazel eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Description: She wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty black coat over it. She carries with her a set of swords on her belt, each one with a ruby on the hilt. She sports red long hair. Her eyes are green and beady.
Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Vanchu took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up sword and armor she uses now. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
