History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. At some point she was captured by giants and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. At some point she was captured by dire rats and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Tailor. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Liftrasa fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Through the years after Jacoba was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Jacoba's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His first spouse was a Masseuse, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and doesn't want to be a cartwright and was forced into it by his family
