Description: She wears a worn and beaten armor. She carries a battered sai and tarnished hammer as well. Her long white hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep hazel.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.
History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Vorka was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Vorka decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.
Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

History: Millicent was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student she started as a Navigator, but she got bored and became a Fisher. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly hand crossbows and scythes. His tied-back hair is silver. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing singing.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: He was born in a small mountains village. Paymon was born on a far northern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Shipwright. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Shipwright responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.
History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and he has money and likes to spend it
