His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his violet eyes.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: She comes from a rich western family. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered west to less war torn lands. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes orcs are coming to abduct people. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge.

History: She was born into a rich family. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and seeks redemption

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His rusty crest is braided into rings. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. Through the years after Kaladan was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Kaladan's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and wishes to resurrect an old love
