Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She wears a brown cloak and cross-gartered grey stockings. She has slicked back silver hair. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She takes great joy in being the best Ruler in town.
History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. When Alice reached her early adolescence her Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and to be a doctor again

His attire stands in sharp contrast to his nunchaku, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a rose on it. His silver hair is thinning but still full. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are hazel.
Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Spice Merchant. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: Born in the south to a Spice Merchant, Robert learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. Her head has been shaved. She has several tiny opal earrings on each ear.
Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Painter but believes her peers are too gung-ho.
History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it.

Personality: He hates Halflings with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: He was born in the north. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and half-elven compassion

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: She is a Hunter first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Hunter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.
Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and she desires power and/or immortality

Description: This western man is abnormally tall. He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He wears his blonde hair up. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Baern isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Dwarven unity. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Baern grew up listening to his mother's many stories. While he appears to be a normal Dwarf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and meet up once more with his childhood friend
