History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She would ruin relationships and cause injury.
