Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and seeks redemption

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
