Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

This search led her directly into Mortician work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mortician work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 15 years.
