History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She has never given up on her painting dream.
