History: Mastema was born the youngest of three triplets. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

History: Quelenna was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality.

History: Sumnes hails from a village terrorized by illithids. She found a children's book about a Elf Adept who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sickle.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Virra abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Apothecary for hire.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her father worked until she suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. She had to support her now crippled father and took her father's old job. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. Her job bores her to no end. She has decided to make it more interesting.

History: She got into the Spice Merchant business at a young age. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gesrethe grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gesrethe. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
