Description: A middle-aged woman, she does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it, and is pretty ugly. Her gray fur is greasy and uncared for. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A freak accident while working with her Soapmaker mother left her crippled. She tends to her Navigator job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she feels kind of lost in life

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears an entirely violet suit with green socks and a vest with buckled shoes. He sports a flattop hair cut. His eyes are likewise green. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: Adelard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Description: He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'0" when asserting himself. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His eyes are likewise white.
Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Ekemon was born with his mother's beautiful face. His first spouse was a Marshal, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He bought a greataxe and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: To unite with his brother; and regain custody of his son

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Assassin business.
History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Flask was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and a rival would like him out of the picture

She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Orc in existence. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
