History: She was born at the edge of vast plains. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature greatsword.

He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside his partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Navigator profession.

History: Abalaba was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Cook for the past few years.
