Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Jeweler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Jeweler work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She now owns her own business.

Description: This western woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. She has a very tight haircut. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. While she appears to be a normal Half-Orc, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and she feels threatened by others

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mortician. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he wants to get laid

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Baz was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and to reunite with his absent father

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears a pastel cloak and cross-gartered black stockings, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His cinnamon fur is singed and shortened. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and wishes to resurrect an old love
