Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She works hard and plays hard.
History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She bought a sai and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions.

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 3'5" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She prefers to wear tan pants and tee shirts. Her hair, while still mostly blonde, has prominent grey streaks. Her blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Her job bores her to no end. She has decided to make it more interesting.
History: Gifted from a young age, Orla studied abroad. She found a children's book about a Gnome Cleric who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.
Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and seeks redemption

Description: He is in excellent shape and wears dull tan sweaters, loose white pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed club, just in case. His brown hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His eyes are green and catlike.
Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: He was raised in a forest tribe. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.
History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she has money and likes to spend it

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. Uraim is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: Uraim lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Miller. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and balancing his hectic life and new miller responsibilities is difficult
