Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His lavender fur is drawn into a tight pony tail with a card scrunchie. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tabaxi in existence. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family River was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. River decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. A freak accident while working with his Dilettante mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
