Description: This eastern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. She wears a Stetson hat to hide her balding. She wears a mask on her face.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Falkrunn enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Description: This man wears a tattered pair of loose blue pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs, and sports empty pouches on his belt. He keeps his white hair in a flapper bob. His eyes are amber and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Rimple was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Locksmith for the past few years.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, she wears dull green sweaters, loose brown pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed crossbow, just in case. She keeps her green crest in a flapper bob. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are gold.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She uses divination through singing.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Tailor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Herbalist. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Zagga grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Zagga. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable.

Description: She wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized blue coat. She is portly but not overly obese. Her red hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. She is baby faced.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Xanaphia embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Through the years after Xanaphia was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Xanaphia's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. After a long history of fighting, Irann and her spouse have recently divorced.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment, and is pretty ugly. His scarlet crest is drawn into a tight pony tail with a dagger scrunchie. He has gold eyes and a black hat with a grey feather.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Maagog alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and revenge
