History: She comes from a rich northern family. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Armorer. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Vani isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. She works hard and plays hard.

History: Vani lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her first spouse was a Bricklayer, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Fortune-teller.

Motivation: To be a Stylist again.

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Tabaxi, and stands approximately 6'8". He prefers to wear brown pants and tee shirts, and his gloved hand is found clutching a morningstar. His orange fur is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He has several tiny topaz earrings on each ear.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She works hard and plays hard.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Lagazi was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.
