Description: She is a paragon of her species. She is larger and stronger than most Elves. Her skin is dark but she possesses many grey ritualistic tattoos. She wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. Her feathered hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her eyes are blue and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born to a Armorer, her mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Sailor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion.

Personality: Jabbie is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Jabbie was born with his father's beautiful face. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing black cape and mantle trimmed with soft white waves gently in the breeze. Her black crest is matted, messy, and big. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Sora was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Sora decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Description: He dresses in brown turtlenecks beneath a blue coat with pastel slacks. He is portly but not overly obese. He has red hair. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Tim embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: Standing 3'0", this man is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He has dyed his greying red hair a little too much giving a sharp red color. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the south. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Mortician kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He struck the Cook job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and balancing his hectic life and new cook responsibilities is difficult

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Barber work with an outfit from a few towns over. Barber work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
