Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her singing with anyone who is interested.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Menny abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shortbow.

She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Volen was born with her mother's beautiful face. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
