Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Quilla's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Quilla lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Tabaxi activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tabaxi doctor. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
