History: Born in the west to a Interpreter, River learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Interpreter responsibilities is difficult.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Philomena was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Philomena decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. After a long history of fighting, Philomena and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Galiena was born the youngest of three triplets. While she appears to be a normal Half-Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in.
