Description: He usually wears his brown robe and has his spear always slung over his shoulder. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His golden hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Duergath fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he likes to wear ponchos typically of a light tan in addition to tight pants. His head has been shaved. He has a dull look in his green eyes.
Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the south were limited. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and a deep hatred of gnolls

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he very much looks the part of a Mortician. His black hair is knotted and matted. This black eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He also hits on men, regardless of circumstances.
History: He was born into a rich family. A gifted student he started as a Roofer, but he got bored and became a Mortician. He has worked as a Mortician like his father before him.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his mace with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: Percival lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Percival was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Percival decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

History: He was born in the west. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Tiefling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
