She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. She saw the violence of war and the aftermath so she converted to religion and dedicated herself to non-violence.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and her religion dominates her actions
