History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Architect hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Barkeep. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Pearl's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the west. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Pearl took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up lance and armor she uses now. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
