History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered poetry. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the south. She found a children's book about a Dwarf Cleric who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: She's attracted to the PC; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

History: Born to a Crown-heir, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His parents enrolled him in a Ranger school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: He is mildly Half-Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Paelias alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Half-Elven people; and meet up once more with his childhood friend
