History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her parents were killed by drow in a raid when she was still a young child. The drow captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she has decided she is irredeemable

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She now mingles about in high society.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: Born in the south to a Unemployed, Medrash learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He worked as a nervous Unemployed and found it very stressful. He's also a talented Apothecary, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.
